Thank you for choosing Full Range Batteries. To ensure your satisfaction and safety, every order is inspected by our Quality Control (QC) team before shipment. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day window (from the date of delivery) for returns and exchanges.
30-Day Return Policy (Defective & Non-Defective Products):
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
For Non-Defective Products: We accept returns for items in new or slightly used condition. "Slightly used" refers to products that have been opened or tested briefly but remain fully functional, free of cosmetic damage, and include all original packaging and accessories.
For Defective Products: If a product arrives with issues or becomes defective within the 30-day window, you may request a full refund. Please provide clear evidence (photos or videos) of the issue.
30-Day Exchange Policy:
We fully accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you prefer an exchange over a refund—whether the product is defective, non-defective, new, or slightly used—you may request a replacement of the same model or opt for our maintenance service.
2. Return Procedures (RMA)
To ensure a smooth process, all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Submit Request: Email our customer service team to apply for an RMA number.
Verification: Our team will review your request (and any provided media for defective items) and issue an RMA number via email.
Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Provide us with the tracking number and carrier name once shipped.
Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund, replacement, or maintenance within 5 days.
3. Important Rules & Precautions
Please read the following carefully to avoid delays or rejection of your request:
Prior Authorization Required: Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
RMA Validity: An RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The returned product must reach us within this window.
Battery Safety: When returning batteries, please ensure they are packed according to safety regulations to prevent short-circuiting or damage during transit.
Shipping Method: We recommend using a traceable postal service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.
Return Shipping & Fees: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees.
